How it works
Prior to Booking
Lets check availability and send you our available menus.
We can confirm the price per head for the selected menu. And if you are happy to ahead, take a deposit to secure the booking.
We can cater from 20 to 150 guests. Available options will depend on your venue and the available facilities onsite.
Pricing can vary depending on menu choice & numbers. For 50 guests, pricing would be an estimated £25 for mains or £32.50 for mains & dessert as part of a BBQ buffet service.
On Your Big Day
We supply china plates & cutlery. We lay the cutlery onto your tables and then guests collect plates from the buffet area.
If outside, we set up a buffet area with a minimum of 2 6ft trestle tables and have a 3m x 3m gazebo to help with any weather condition to serve the food under.
If using our BBQ, we would require access of 1.5m wide.
Stanley our VW would transport us and be on show during the day.
We normally arrive 3 hours prior to service to set up our catering area.
Wedding Food Service
Canapes would be brought around guests with our slate trays.
The meal will be served via large serving dishes via our buffet set up with help from a server & chef.
If having desserts, after we clear the mains plates, we will set up the desserts to be served by our server.
For evening food, we set up a serving table and serve our hot sandwiches in posh burger boxes.
We discretely clear away, taking any rubbish we have made with us.
